2. Visiting this website
This website is hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (AWS), in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main, and delivered through the Amazon CloudFront content delivery network. When you visit the site, AWS processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) to deliver it securely and quickly. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure and working website.
We do not store server logs of this website. AWS processes the data only briefly for delivery. We have a data processing agreement with AWS (Art. 28 GDPR). The parent company Amazon Web Services, Inc. is based in the USA; it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses also apply.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or marketing services and loads no third-party content.
4. Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed. Our emails are processed on our behalf by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (Art. 28 GDPR).
5. Google Business Profile data
Kinbento accesses a business's Google Business Profile only after the owner has explicitly connected it to Kinbento through Google (OAuth). Access is used solely to manage that business's listing, currently its opening hours and special hours. We never sell this data or use it for any other purpose. Our use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The connection can be revoked at any time in the Google account settings.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us, the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.
